Description and Uses:

With a rich, fresh citrus scent, Sweet Orange essential oil lifts the spirits, yet is calming to the nerves. It blends beautifully with spicy oils for cheering baths and, when added to massage oil, is great for the digestive system. Sweet orange can also brighten dull complexions and encourage sleep. 


Traditional use: astringent, soothing agent, and skin conditioner


Recipes Using Orange Essential Oil:

Shampoo for Oily Hair: 

5 drops Bergamot oil 
5 drops Cypress oil 
5 drops Clary Sage oil 
5 drops Orange oil 
4 oz shampoo base 

Relief Blend for Quitting Smoking:

5 drops Clove oil
5 drops Orange oil
5 drops Chamomile
5 drops Helichrysum
10 drops Lavender
10 drops Marjoram 
15 drops Grapefruit. 

This blend will calm raw nerves, refresh you and help to balance your mood. Use with a portable inhaler or diffuse into your living space with a candle or electric diffuser.
